LOCAL TRAINER GETS INVOLVED WITH THE COMMUNITY

Fitness and community outreach: These two things are very important for a local Fresno trainer.

Every other Saturday, Jerald Brown, Jr., also known as JB, has offered free workouts to the public. “I enjoy it. It’s my passion,” said Brown. “It’s also just important to live a healthy lifestyle.” He hopes to not only gain clients this way, but he also wants to create a healthier Fresno.

Brown also enjoys giving back to the community in other ways.”I’ve done a food drive where I’ve fed the homeless. I’ve done that multiple times. I think giving back is super important and a lot of people should do it,” said Brown. The Poverello House has been one of the recipients of his generosity. Brown hopes to continue his giving for many years to come.
