PUMPKIN PICS

Leaves were falling, lattes were brewing, and pumpkins were ready to be picked. Or rather, ‘pic’ ed. Because this Fall, the pumpkin patch wasn’t just about getting a good gourd, but a great pic for the ‘gram.

Fresno State Junior, Alyssa Pierce, and her two friends were just a few of the many locals who headed to Planet Pumpkin to celebrate the spookiest of seasons.

“I was on the lookout for a cute pumpkin to decorate, like, my front porch with, but i also wanted to take some cute pictures with friends,” Pierce said.

Pierce gushed about her favorite spots to strike a pose.

“All the ones that have different kinds of pumpkins and different colors, a lot of hay around, I think are the cutest,” Pierce said.

Since there was no admission fee into Planet Pumpkin, guests like Pierce and her friends were able to take advantage of the sites’ many photo sites, free of charge.

Unique backgrounds like picturesque pumpkins, a flashy ferris wheel, and cool coasters, helped transform the pumpkin patch from a pumpkin-pick stop into a pic stop.
