CLOTHING CLOSET

Short on cash? Or just strapped for time?

Stop by the Clothing Closet on the Fresno State Campus, for gently worn clothing fit for almost any professional setting.

The closet is located in the Thomas Building, and a student ID gets you three items per semester.

Janelle Davis visited the Clothing Closet to find an outfit suitable for her musical sorority’s strict dress code. “I would recommend the Clothing Closet to anyone, because they have tons of clothes for anything you need, ” said Davis.

Maria Guzman, a Peer mentor for the Human Health Services, brought a Fresno State student she is mentoring to the Closet. “I’m so happy I could bring her here today,” said Guzman.

Eva Lamos was the student brought in by her mentor Maria Guzman. “I got very fortunate, I got this nice purple top, and these really nice trousers, and shoes. I haven’t worn heels in a long time but these are so comfortable, ” said Lamos.

The Clothing Closet is open every day of the school week, If you can’t decide on what outfit you’d like, students can put any item on hold for a few days.  

By the way, professional clothing and accessory donations for men and women are always welcome.
