UP IN THE AIR

Marko Crnković has always wanted to have wings, which inspired him to become a pilot.

“I love the feeling of being up in the air and as a kid I have always wanted to have wings and this is as close as I’m going to get.”

How does one become a pilot? “You start by getting in the air plane, flying, then learning procedures around the airport, and learning how to navigate through the airspace.”

The plan for the featured flight: “So we’re flying around San Luis Obispo, we’re going to move down south, we’ll move up and around, and then go over Morro Rock,” before landing safely back on solid ground.
