THE GEEZER SKATE CREW
The Geezer skate crew is a group of dedicated middle-age skateboarders that meet-up every weekend to skate and hangout.
“It started out with about 5 of us regulars. There can be 15. And they’re all friends and they all got different lives going on. But they all come out for the same reason,” said “Geezer” Tim.
Instead of going to a park dedicated to skateboarding, they opt to go to a BMX for several different reasons.
“Its the best park in town,” said Tim.
“Most skate parks have their own little designs but they only really go so high. This one has walls that reach 10-11 feet tall even higher,” said Donald, another Geezer skater.
The Geezers are just out to have a good time and have as much fun skateboarding as any young kid at a skate park.
They say the early bird gets the worm, but these birds get the first grind of the day.
