FREELANCE PHOTOGRAPHER, DAVID VARGAS

“When I was a kid, I really liked a lot of electronics,” Fresno State student David Vargas said. “And my parents got me a camera.”

Ever since, David has had a passion for photography that has led to jobs as a freelance photographer.

“I’ve worked with a numerous amount of magazines that they’ll be putting me on assignments, but as well as local stuff: weddings, birthday parties, graduation photos.”

Although David has many years of experience under his belt, he understands that others might be nervous to freelance. His advice?

“Just do it. Just go out and do the craft that you’re looking to freelance in.”
