Corissa King, the Rodeo Queen

Corissa King is a full time student, entrepreneur, and athlete known as the Rodeo Queen.

King is part of the Fresno State women’s equestrian team where she competes in reining. She loves riding her horses and spending time with family.

She owns her own business named Buffalo Fringe Designs where she creates customized denim jackets.

She also travels around the state of California representing the sport of rodeo and is known as the Rodeo Queen. “It is definitely going to help me get my foot in the door with what I want my future career to be, which would be being a sports reporter and a sideline reporter for the sports of rodeo and other horse-related events,” said King.

She will be graduating in the fall and will continue to work on pursuing her dream as a sports reporter.
