Daily COVID screening to return to campus

With some students and staff back on campus for in-person classes, procedures are in place to help keep everyone safe from COVID-19 exposure. 

One of these steps is to fill out a daily screening questionnaire, which you can find online on the Fresno State website.

If you have no COVID-19 symptoms and have not come into contact with someone who has recently tested positive, a green checkmark will appear at the end of the survey.

The passed checklist is shown to the person at one of multiple checkpoints on campus. The screener will check your temperature and hand you a sticker when you are good to go to class.
