Rush Week at Fresno State

It’s a new school year, and that means sororities and fraternities are looking for new recruits.

The Fresno State Lambdas are one of nine of the university’s multicultural sororities.

Jasmine Anaya, who’s been a sister since fall of last year, said the Lambdas helped make Fresno feel like her home away from home.

“Once you join a sorority, it’s for life. They’re going to be there for you years from now,” said Anaya. “I just joined and I already have so many connections!”

The Lambda Thetas will be tabling in front of the old student union throughout the months of August and September.
