Prospective students visit Fresno State on ‘Preview Day’
It is always exciting every year to meet and greet new prospective students who are full of educational aspirations.
Prospective student Lancelot ne student has already made up his mind that the MCJ Broadcast Journalism program is definitely for him.
“I know some of the professors here, they’ve worked closely also with my father, and I’ve just heard a lot of great things about it and I think it is very conducive to my goals,” says Manibog.
Although some students have not yet made their decision to become a Bulldog, events like Preview Day try to help make that decision easier for them.
With its Bulldog Pride, Fresno State continues to entice student hopefuls all across California.
Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities Dr. Honora Chapman is happy to see her department maintain its steady enrollment.
“Our enrollment has grown,” Chapman says. “So, it shows the vibrancy of all of our disciplines and the attractiveness and we are very excited to be welcoming new students today to join our increasing cohort of majors.”
At Preview Day, students who have been accepted to Fresno State are given first-hand knowledge of their prospective majors, with hopes that one day, they too can be the next “Breed of Bulldogs.”
