The Girls Club Finals Survival guide

Fresno, Calif.(KFSR) – Finals season is back! The Girls Club has you covered. They put together a finals survival guide to help all students prep and walk into finals confidently!
The first tip provided was to start regulating your sleep schedule. Ashwagandha supports healthy sleep and lowers cortisol levels. You can find some at Target or Amazon.
Booking a study room is also helpful. You can book an individual or group room and study in the library and use the board or walls to write down any key terms or things you need to remember. Once you get past all the fooling around and TikTok scrolling, you can get some serious studying done.
Getting out and getting some fresh air is also beneficial. Set up a picnic either for yourself or include some friends. This could be a great way to de-stress before finals.
The girls’ club all agreed caffeine is vital! Alani’s, Celsius, coffee, or Red Bull, although unhealthy, can be great caffeine options.
The last tip was to attend class, important information is sometimes shared during lectures. Remember to utilize canvas messenger and attending office hours if you’re in need of extra support.
