Fresno, Calif. (KFSR)—Men always say women are confusing, so the Girls Club, our KFSR radio team, took to social media and asked men what they want to know or better understand about women. To no one’s surprise, it was a lot.

In Match 2024, Lauryn Knott, MCJ reporter, scoured through hundreds of submissions we received via our Instagram stories and selected the most asked for us to answer.

One of the most asked questions was, “Why do we, as men, always have to pick what we eat or where we go eat?”

“Women make a lot of decisions daily that men don’t have to make.” Victoria Picazo, Anchor and MCJ student, said. “It honestly feels nice when you, as a man, make the plans, are decisive, and take the lead.”

To follow up, our team suggested the TikTok trend: One partner will tell their partner, “Hey, guess where I am going to take you to eat?!” and wherever their partner says first, they act as if that’s where they’re going. That will save a lot of time and, for some, even an argument.

The second question was also popular, and we were not surprised that it was asked so much: “Why don’t women compliment men or make the first move?”

Ensuring that men make us feel like there’s an interest on their part is very important for women to gain the confidence to approach a man.

“It falls back on the level of comfort you feel with someone, the vibe; if we feel confident that you are interested, we’re more likely to make the first move,” our team suggested.

To wrap up our show, we had the final question, which was the most asked. “If I am a two, what would make me a 10?”

“Why are you a two?!” Picazo asked. “Confidence is key, king! There are things a man can do that make him so much more attractive. Examples include having good hygiene and being approachable.”

The Girls Club plans to conduct another survey in April but with a twist! That show will highlight a male perspective and give women an opportunity to ask questions.
